By accessing and using ISLPRWritingTest.com, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

Description of service

ISLPRWritingTest.com is an independent practice platform that provides ISLPR-style writing tasks and AI-generated feedback. The platform is not affiliated with any official ISLPR organisation and does not provide official assessments or certifications.

User accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its services
• Share your account with others
• Use automated systems to access the platform without permission
• Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit platform content without authorization

Payment and passes

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not offer subscriptions or automatic renewals.

Free evaluations and refunds

Users receive two free evaluated tasks each week to understand how the platform works before purchasing. Pass packs are digital credits used to access additional AI evaluations beyond the free quota.

All purchased passes are non-refundable, except where required by Australian Consumer Law. Users should use the free evaluations to decide whether purchasing passes is suitable for them.

If a user believes they were charged incorrectly (for example, duplicate charge) or did not receive passes due to a technical fault, they should contact support at support@islprwritingtest.com

• Passes never expire and can be used at any time
• Free evaluations reset every 7 days in a rolling window
• Passes are deducted automatically when free quota is exhausted
• One pass equals one AI evaluation with detailed feedback

Intellectual property

All content on the platform, including writing prompts, feedback algorithms, and design elements, are owned by ISLPRWritingTest.com or its licensors. You retain ownership of your writing submissions, but grant us a license to use them to provide feedback services.

Disclaimer of warranties

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, secure, or available at all times. Feedback is approximate and for educational purposes only.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ISLPRWritingTest.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings.

Changes to terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through a notice on the platform. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Australia.
